The renewable energy sector will create 410,000 new jobs in the European Union until 2020, according to a study conducted by the European Commission. The estimates have been made in the conditions in which renewable energy would provide 20% of EU renewable sources.

The Indian newsletter “The Hindu” announced that there is a project of the government from New Delhi for a massive expansion of solar energy systems. These will generate 200,000 megawatts by 2050.
