Kia Motors will introduce four new green models at the Paris Motor Show, Kia cee’d ISG, Soul Hybrid, cee’d Hybrid and Sportage VEGF.

The new ISG system (Idle Stop&GO) for the first time in Paris, will be present on the models with gas engines starting with the first months of the year 2009. This new system reduces the fuel consumption and emissions by up to 15% in terms of a crowded urban traffic.

Other world premieres in Paris are the concepts Kia cee’d Hybrid and Kia Soul Hybrid. Both cars have a gasoline engine of 1.6 liters, coupled to an electric engine of 15 kilowatts and automatic transmission. Fuel consumption is significantly reduced, and carbon dioxide emissions are reduced up to 114 g / km for the cee’d Hybrid model.

The Kia Sportage FCEV producer brought this prototype for the first time in Europe so that visitors can test the most performance electric cell, that produces 100 kilowatts.
